Off Shoulder Corset Dress

Feminine with a touch of je-ne-sais-quoi in a genderless fabric. This midi dress has a wave-shaped corset at the waist and a cloche skirt attached to said corset with ruching. The top part has ruffled shoulders that sit over the arms revealing the shoulders. It also has shoulder straps that hold the top part in place.
