Shantung Fringed Skirt

This mid-waisted skirt is made out of two different fabrics: the layer below is made out of our black stretch cotton and then the top is adorned with wide pieces of black silk shantung that are only sewn down to the hips and are then left free to act as beautiful and fancy fringes.
